Utilising low-molecular-weight plant oils - including abyssinian seed, grapeseed, and jojoba - this formula delivers deep lipid replenishment while remaining completely non-comedogenic. Infusions of hops, vanilla, and chamomile work alongside antioxidant-dense rose hip, raspberry seed and carrot seed oils to soothe inflammation, fight oxidative stress and support cellular recovery.

Directions

Apply 2–3 drops to clean, slightly damp skin. Ideal for evening use. Always follow with an explicit layer of sun protection during daylight hours. Contains essential oils. Kindly perform a patch test on your elbow before using the product to ensure no allergy reactions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. External use only.

1. Can I use Sunkissed Facial Serum in both hot and cold weather?

Yes! While many oils feel too heavy in the heat or too light in the cold, Sunkissed is formulated with climate-adaptive plant oils. It sinks in instantly without feeling greasy during hot summer days, yet provides deep lipid replenishment to protect your skin barrier against freezing winter winds.

2. Will this serum break me out if I have oily or acne-prone skin?

Not at all. We specifically selected low-molecular-weight, non-comedogenic oils like abyssinian seed, grapeseed, and jojoba. These oils mimic your skin's natural sebum, absorbing rapidly without clogging pores. We also included tea tree and hops oils, which naturally balance oil production and keep active, sweaty skin clear.

3. Is this serum explicitly an after-sun treatment?

It is incredible for soothing skin after outdoor exposure, but it is designed as a daily preventative and restorative treatment. The high-potency antioxidants from raspberry and rose hip seed oils help defend your skin against environmental stress while the calming botanical infusions repair skin.

 

4. How do I incorporate Sunkissed Facial Serum into my skincare routine?

The Sunkissed Facial Serum is best applied in the evening. After cleansing and applying any water-based serums or toners, warm 2-3 drops between your palms and gently massage onto your face and neck.

 

If you apply the serum during the day, always follow up with mineral zinc for sun protection. Direct sun exposure is not recommended.

 

5. Do I still need a moisturiser if I use this serum?

It depends on your skin type and the climate. If you have oily or combination skin, or if it is humid outside, this lightweight oil provides plenty of standalone moisture. If your skin is very dry or exposed to harsh, freezing winter air, you can layer it over or mix it directly into your daily cream moisturizer for an extra barrier boost.

 

6. What gives the serum its scent? Does it contain artificial fragrances?

The gentle, grounding aroma is 100% natural, derived entirely from our botanical extracts and essential oils. You will notice a subtle, calming whisper of lavender, vanilla, and carrot seed, with no synthetic fragrances, artificial perfumes, or phthalates.

 

7. What makes "infused" oils different from regular oils?

Our infusions mean we slow-steep whole botanicals—like calming chamomile, vanilla, and hops—directly into our nourishing carrier oils. This traditional process extracts the rich oil-soluble nutrients, antioxidants, and soothing phytochemicals from the plants, supercharging the serum's performance.

  • Rinse: Wash the amber glass bottle with warm water and soap to remove any remaining oil.

  • Separate: Drop the glass bottle and the glass pipette portion of the dropper into your recycling bin.

  • Repurpose: The rubber bulb and plastic collar are not widely recyclable, but the glass bottle makes a beautiful bud vase for dried coastal flowers or a travel container for your other mindful rituals.
